The perfect location, high floor condominium overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. A breathtaking view, but from the kitchen this view was limited by a small pass through. The client dreamed of being able to enjoy this view while using thekitchen. The design was simple, remove the top half of the wall leaving the foot print of the kitchen the same.
The dream was made a reality. A simple change to the wall and now the rising sun can be enjoyed while breakfast is being made.
The master bathroom also lacked a personal touch. Space was wasted with a large soaking tub which was out of date. The shower area was small and awkward. By removing the tub the shower was given ample space and the vanities where redesigned to suite the clients personal use. Giving the clients ability to organize and spread out comfortably in a bright and inviting space.
